Would just like you to know what an asset the big fella Paddy is to your company. We have to say he is the best trainer we have ever had. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Really happy and would recommend you guys to anybody.

I have received feedback from the course participants which was extremely positive, note some who have used and thought they knew all there was for chainsaws said they learnt so much and very happy they completed the course. Time provided, opportunity to be hands on, encouraged as a group, tricks of the trade, delivery and knowledge of the facilitator all rated highly and all participants said they gained valuable knowledge and glad they attended. We will certainly be looking to put more of our members through ArbTrack again.

Lee was excellent, he provided clear and thorough instruction to all attendees and made sure he spent time with all our staff until such time as they felt confident and comfortable with each of the requirements of the course. The felling course was undertaken in particularly difficult weather conditions (snowing), with a number of challenging trees. All of the participants were able to confidently and safely undertake each felling using the most appropriate technique. We would confidently engage Lee again to undertake future training courses with our staff.
